65 Walton Salon’s appointment system is as follows:
Computer-based application through Phorest wherein clients can see the available time-slots and preferred staff, on all available platforms such as through our website (www.65walton.uk), Facebook (65 Walton London Salon) and Instagram (65walton.uk).
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 6.00 pm, appointments on Mondays and before or after opening times are available upon request. Please be advised that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Clients who have no bookings are accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis and only when there is an available slot. We will add you to our waiting list in case there are no available time slots or staff and will try our best to book you if another client cancels her appointment with us. We always try to accommodate all walk-in clients to avoid a possibly a long waiting period. We highly recommend calling us or booking online ahead of time.
We require all first-time and regular clients undergoing specific services to fill in consultation forms detailing information such as medical history and allergies, previous hair treatments undergone, and other information directly affecting the desired results of a requested service from us.
This step is for our client’s welfare, and therefore, it is crucial that you provide us only with accurate and honest answers.
We may have to refuse to perform your requested service or treatment if we do not have all the required information.
All information provided is kept with the utmost confidentiality.
Children aged 16 or under will not be accepted if not accompanied by an adult. Parents/Adult guardians will have to fill out and sign the required consultation cards on their behalf.
Some products have specific age limitations. We will always abide by it. We will not perform any service that will put our clients’ health at risk.
All Colour services require a skin test 48hrs prior to the appointment. This takes 2 minutes and can be provided at your complimentary consultation.
Gift vouchers carry certain validity depending on the amount. Gift vouchers can be used only for service purchases and not for retail. It cannot be redeemed for cash replacement.
Services/Treatment Packages are required to be paid fully upfront. Services or treatments within the purchased package can only be redeemed in-salon.
Appointments are important to us. While we understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled, we would appreciate it if clients could give us at least 24 hours’ notice for all changes.
It ensures we have the time and the appointment slot available for other clients intending to come to us. 65 Walton Salon reserves the right to require an upfront deposit for future appointments if we see specific clients’ habitual short-notice cancellations.
Due to some unforeseen events or when our staff are absent, we may have to move your appointment to another time or assign a different stylist to perform your booked service/s. Please be assured that we will put our best effort to reschedule the appointment at your earliest convenience and preference.
We expect all clients to respect other guests inside the salon who enjoy their quiet and relaxation time with 65 Walton Salon. We highly recommend putting mobile phones in discreet mode. Playing loud music or using phones on loudspeakers is strictly prohibited.

We at 65 Walton Salon always strive to make our clients satisfied with retail product purchases, but we understand that there may be times when you want to return some items. But due to the nature of the products (hair and other products) we sell, we cannot accept opened items.
We will only accept returns of sealed products in original packaging and the original receipt within 14 days after the date of purchase.
We would require our clients to let us know before paying for the services or before leaving the salon to tell us when they are not satisfied with the services availed to address the concern immediately.
We offer to perform a re-do of services within a definite timeframe complimentary if we believe it is appropriate. While it is rare that we may have unhappy clients, in the event that they are, we will request them to visit us personally for our specialist staff to assess the concern and address it with clients’ consent.
Our services price consists of other high-cost components that we as a company need to shoulder. A refund on the service cost is highly unlikely, and the higher management’s approval is required.

With over 20 years’ hair industry experience, Daniel Argenio is an award-winning master hair extensionist based at 65 Walton – the city’s most beautiful destination for hair. His work on photography, video, fashion and TV shoots include the X Factor, Love Island and London Fashion Week, making him a favourite amongst the London glitterati. Even celebrities like Gwen Stefani and Nicole Scherzinger have showcased his work on national TV whilst the best brands in the industry have sought him out to train their own accomplished stylists.
Daniel’s distinct work with hair loss solutions, wigs and hairpieces has been derived from over a decade in wig making, customising, and styling. He has well-honed skills in tailoring wigs with colour correction, fitting, cutting and styling, as well as an intrinsic understanding of the profound emotional elements involved in such transformations.
As the son of a salon owner, Daniel found his vocation in hair as an apprentice straight out of school and has since featured in countless glossy mags, industry features and expert opinion pieces. In 2021 Daniel was named Hair Extensionist of the Year and has over time become renowned for his diverse and intricate techniques and almost scientific approach to hair extension care and maintenance.
